Home Renovations

The possibilities are endless

Ensure your family’s safety

Detailed Consulting is a bespoke structural engineering consultancy that delivers structurally-sound home renovations to any size or scale.

Perhaps you want to remove a wall, add an extension, second storey, or build a studio in your backyard. With our structural engineering expertise, the options are endless and the process is simple and stress-free.

The expertise you need

You have a vision in mind but may not know what – or who – you need to make it happen. We take you through the options, connect you to trusted specialists and produce a detailed structural drawing to guide construction.

With you every step of the way

If you don’t need an architect, we’ll schedule a time to visit your home and do an initial inspection.
If you need one, we’ll put you in touch with a trusted builder to construct the project.

Schedule a call with us. We’ll discuss your vision and outline your options. If it’s a large project, we’ll put you in touch with one of our trusted architects to capture your vision, then follow the in-depth process outlined here.

After the inspection, we’ll compile a detailed drawing capturing the structure required for the scope of works.
We’ll provide construction phase services, if required – including dilapidation reports, structural inspections, and structural sign off at completion.
At the end of the process, you’ll have a structurally-sound home and peace of mind knowing your family is safe and comfortable.

Let’s safeguard your home renovation
